This is the phase where your ideas are designed on software that maps out the layout of your restaurant. Applying RCD's cutting edge Plainning and design makes a world of difference between a scuccessful completion and one that is riddled with problems. A proposal and contract ensue and upon approval, RCD moves on to the construction phase.
The construction phase is where RCD brings functionality to your employees and patrons. This is the actual buildout; RCD's expertise is wholistic and encompases traditional construction and niche restaurant contracting needs. Whether the space needs a grease trap, hvac, hoods, finish carpetry or any of the slue of the construction trades. Nothing will be spared to bring about completion of the project.
After completion of construction a final walk through is conducted. The restaurant is ready for occupency. The equipment is in place, the dining room is ready to accept your patrons. You are ready to open your doors.
                  RCD offers bid evaluations, architectural drawings, health department approval tracking, equipment layouts,3D animated Cad Walk-Thru, final inspection punch list serices. It does not stop there. RCD prides itself on being side by side with our clients every step of the way until their doors are open and beyond.
                  Mistakes can be costly. Who is going to pay for a hood that is 10" too short to pass city ordinances. Here at RCD we have a central warehouse where we store unused restaurant equipment that will find a new home at no cost to you. We don't believe our clients should pay for mistakes be it theirs or ours. A well rounded operation is what is needed to minimize costs on both parties. We are experts at this.
                  Start to finish. This can not be accomplished without an experienced team of seasoned trade employees. From rough to finish, be it carpentry, plumbing, HVAC or Electrical. All RCD members work in unison for the project to come to fuition. RCD does not stop there, a team of experiened project managers and construciton specialists ensure that a six sigma process is in place.                         project calls for 24 beer taps;  our staff will
                        construct and deploy the exact plumbing extentions
                        running from your walk in cooler or glycol system to you
                        taps to ensure that your patrons are satisfied by the
                        refreshing cold taste they crave.
                        
When your Cleveland Steamer needs an outlet under
                        the hood.  It is placed directly over a pre-built
                        readied ground grate with proper plumbing for
                        discharging waste water and steam.

                This is a 6,000 sqft white space box. Client contracts with RCD to contract all work and furnish all restaurant equipment. This is a RCD white box to turn key project.
RCD is working on renovating and revamping this 8,000 sqft. Our client opted to install a new Walk in cooler freezer, a new dining area and new flooring. The outside of the building will have a new facade and uplift.
